About me

Letícia Fais photo 2.jpg

For more than 17 years, I have been a teacher truly enchanted by the learning process of each of my students. I fell in love with the piano 25 years ago, listening to Rachmaninov preludes and to movie soundtracks, and have been playing and practicing ever since.

My background combines both scientific and musical training. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biomolecular Physics, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Piano Performance. This union has allowed me to teach with a scientific eye, constantly studying and applying contemporary findings in Education, Pedagogy, and Student Well-being to my work.

I design piano lessons keeping in mind a student-centered, skills-driven approach. I prioritize helping my students appreciate their own music making and creativity in the piano learning journey. From the very first lesson, regardless of age or background, I strive to make the learning experience exciting and meaningful for all my students.
